The McDonald's Collection 2019 is a limited set of cards available from participating McDonald's restaurants in late 2019. It was first available in the the United States from October 15 through to November 11, 2019, followed by a release in Germany from November 7, 2019, and a release in the the United Kingdom between January 1 and 28, 2020. As with the McDonald's Collection 2018, a separate collection was released in France from October 30, 2019.
- The English collection comprises 12 reprints of cards sourced from several Sun & Moon Series expansions that feature an exclusive Confetti Holofoil treatment. A random card and an accompanying toy was included in every Pokémon-themed Happy Meal during the promotional period or while stocks lasted. The French collection once again consists of 40 cards: each card comes in Non Holofoil and Confetti Holofoil versions, creating a master set of 80 cards. French Pokémon-themed Happy Meals were not accompanied by a toy and instead came with a 4-card mini booster pack containing 2 Non Holofoil cards and 2 Confetti Holofoil cards.
